BOSTON CONDUCTING WORKSHOP
Maestro Jeffery Meyer, August 3-8, 2026




Taught by Maestro Jeffery Meyer (Indiana University Jacobs School of Music), this 6-day intensive course takes place in beautiful Boston, Massachusetts. The course includes 60+ minutes of video-recorded podium time (including 2 final sessions with full orchestra), and will focus on artistic music-making, communicating music, and rehearsal technique. The course includes profession of conducting classes and guest lectures from Boston-based conductors and arts leaders. Dr. Silas Huff (University of Texas at Arlington), will be assisting and leading focused sessions. Only 15 active conductors will be accepted (first consideration goes to students who apply by February 1, 2026).
