Maestro Donald Schleicher, July 26-31, 2026




This 6-day intensive course with Maestro Donald Schleicher (Northwestern University) takes place in New York City, the USA capital of orchestral music, and includes 80+ minutes of video-recorded podium time with professional musicians (including 2 final sessions with full orchestra), and guest lectures from artist managers and staff of the New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera and American Ballet Theater. Dr. Silas Huff (University of Texas at Arlington), will be assisting and leading focused sessions. Only 15 students will be accepted (first consideration goes to students who apply by February 1, 2026).
