TEXAS CONDUCTING WORKSHOP

This 5-day intensive course with Maestro Diane Wittry (Allentown Symphony Orchestra, author of Beyond the Baton and Baton Basics), Dr. John McKeever (Director of Orchestral Activities, University of Missouri), and Dr. Silas Huff (Director of Orchestras, UT Arlington; Music Director, Clinton Symphony Orchestra) takes place at the University of Texas at Arlington, and includes 40+ minutes of video-recorded podium time and guest lectures from experts in music and education. Limited active participants students will be accepted (first consideration goes to students who apply by February 1, 2026). There are unlimited seats for auditors/observers.

Fees:
Application fee (non-refundable): $50 (this will be subtracted from your tuition fee, if you are accepted
Active Tuition: $800
Auditor Tuition: $350
Lodging: $300 for 4 nights
